Bernadette Pittman

BERNADETTE ANNE PITTMAN of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away on Monday October 12th, 2009 at the age of 57 years. She is predeceased by her parents Anne and Harold.

Bernadette is survived by her family, Tom (Cathy) of Calgary, Marie Douziech (Robert) of Edmonton, Janet Hein (Kent) of Lethbridge, Laura deBoer (Len) of Lethbridge, Patrick (Karen) of Warner, Jerome (Carla) of Warner, Charles (Natasha) of Warner, Angela Schmiemann (Peter) of Sundre, Donald (Penny) of Warner, Renata Davis (Jeff) of Lethbridge, and 22 nieces & nephews.

Though she had many struggles through her life, she considered her nieces and nephews, and cat, Zambi, her greatest source of pride and joy. In the past two months of Bernadette's illness, she was able to provide us with lessons on love, support, humility, compassion, and the importance of family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am on Saturday October 17, 2009 at ST. MARTHA'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 355 Columbia Blvd West, Lethbridge, with Father Fernando Genogaling, celebrant. Interment to follow at 3:00 pm in the Warner Cemetery, Warner, Alberta.
