Bernadette "Bernie" Bardics

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sister Bernadette (Bernie) Bardics, who passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the age of 66 years.

Bernie was born April 5, 1958. During her lifetime Bernie worked at the El Rancho Motor Inn and Maple Leaf Pork. When possible, she spent much of her time fulfilling her dream of traveling.  

She is survived by brother Lou Bardics; sister Marie Hopman and her twin sister Rosemary Ostrow; she is also survived by several nieces and two nephews.  

She was predeceased by her parents Louis and Maria Bardics; and her brother Steve Bardics.  

We would like to thank the staff at St. Mike’s Palliative Care Centre for looking after her so very well.

A small intimate family Graveside Service will be held on Saturday October 19, 2024.

Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cancer research.
