ANTON ""TONY"" DWORAK of Picture Butte, passed away peacefully at Lethbridge Hospital on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at the age of 86 years.

Tony is survived by his wife Ewa and step son Krystian and leaves behind to cherish memories his son Ed (special friend Janet Tichler) of Picture Butte and daughter Linda Borggard of Lethbridge. Tony was predeceased by his parents, Justina and Wojcieh, brothers Adam, Jozef and Stefan, all of Poland.

Tony was born in Poland on May 29, 1923 and came to Canada in 1951, working as a farm hand in the Picture Butte area. He moved to Picture Butte and began his career as a carpenter and took great pride in his work. He enjoyed gardening and loved to dance.

Tony's friends are welcome to a celebration of life to be held at 12:00pm, on Monday, April 26, 2010 at the PICTURE BUTTE COMMUNITY CENTRE. A private family interment will be held.
