Anthony "Tony" Wilson

Mr. Anthony “Tony” Wilson of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Phyllis Wilson, passed away at St. Michael’s Palliative Care on Friday, March 5, 2021 at the age of 63 years.

Tony was born and raised in the Stratford Ontario area.  In the late 70s he decided to move to Alberta. He worked in Edmonton and Northern Alberta for a number of years.  In the 80s he moved to the Red Deer area where he worked in the oilfield transportation industry, for many years.

Tony enjoyed travelling, camping, golfing and spending time when he could with family and friends.

A private family service was held at Martin Brothers funeral home in Lethbridge, AB.  due to the Covid guidelines.  A celebration of Tonys life will be held at a later date.

Besides his loving wife Phyllis, Tony is survived by 3 children Aaron (stepdaughter), Jana and Debbie; Grand children Austin, Thomas, Katelynn, Austin, Peyton and Katana;  Sisters  Ellen of Toronto, Nancy (John Hamill) of Seaforth Ont. Brothers: Steve (Rosemary) of Stratford Ont., Bill (Marj) of Whitecourt AB., Harry (Karen) of Belgrave Ont., Fred (Shelly) of Widewater AB., Peter (Ellen) of North Bay Ont. and Chris (Ellie) of Stratford Ont.

Tony was predeceased by his parents Frank and Eva Wilson and his son Blake Wilson.
