Johnny Amlin, beloved father, husband, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away in his sleep on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the age of 96 years.
Johnny was predeceased by his wife Edna; grandson Grant and his great-granddaughter Maddy.
Besides his loving wife Lillian and his 3 children Marvin, Eleanor and Dianne, Johnny is survived by his grandchildren Nadine, Nikki, Lindsey, Grady; great-grandchildren Ben, Jessie, Avery, Anna, Jonnie, Braedon, Dane and Kiara.
Johnny “Dad” was a man of great faith and was an example of compassion, grace and kindness. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him knew of his love of life and laughter. Even though our hearts are hurting, the love and joy you gave will be with us till we meet again.
A Celebration of Johnny’s “Dad’s” Life will be held in the spring of 2019 and details will be announced when completed.
Cremation entrusted to Martin Brothers Funeral Chapels.
