Agnes Hendrickson

MRS. AGNES ""BETTY"" HENDRICKSON of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Roy Hendrickson, also predeceased by her husband Mr. James Waddy, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at the age of 86 years.

Mum grew up in Goodlands, Manitoba where she met and married Jum Waddy. They resided in Winnipeg and after his passing she was lucky enough to find the love of her life Roy. They were married June 16, 1979. They ran a Mac's store together for many years and retired to Lethbridge in 1986. They spent many happy years traveling to Waterton. After Roy's passing she returned to Winnipeg, but her heart was here so she returned in 2008.

Mum was a generous lady who always fought for the underdog. She will be sadly missed by all of us.

Betty is survived by her daughter Linda (Ray) St. Onge, her son James Waddy, grandchildren; Marlene St. Onge, and Marnie (Rob Nishimazuru) Nickel, great grandchildren; Cody Nickel and Brady Nickel, along with one sister Louise Eisler, a sister-in-law Ruth Burr, as well as nieces, nephews and their families.

Besides her loving husband Roy Hendrickson, she was predeceased by her parents Ann and Harry Burr, her brother Allan Burr, and her son Alan Waddy.

A private family service will be held.
