MRS. ADRIENNE HERTER of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Robert Herter, passed away on Monday September 14, 2009 at the age of 71 years.
Born in Medicine Hat on July 7, 1938, she was raised in Golden Prairie, SK. She married Robert in 1956 and moved to Fort Macleod. They then moved to Lethbridge in 1965.
She was a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion and Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by a son Kelly Herter of Lethbridge, step-mother Hilda Unterseher, sister Karen (Eddie) Siewert, granddaughters; Amanda and Lindsey Herter, sisters-in-law; Karen (Pat) Dillon, Sharon (Robert) Asuchak, brother-in-law Terry (Kim) Herter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert, parents Jack and Emma Unterseher, and John and Erva Herter.
A Memorial Reception will be held from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, September 18, 2009 at MARTIN BROS. RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 - 4th Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
