Glen Gabriel Grosfield was born on August 21, 1959 in Calgary, AB and raised in the Duchess area. He attended school in Duchess until Grade 8 and then he moved to Calgary and attended and graduated from the Dr. W.J. Collett School. He passed away on November 1, 2019 at his home in Milk River.
After finishing school Glen worked at various jobs including farming, truck driving and carpentry. He enjoyed riding horses and fixing up his old trucks. In his younger days he enjoyed dancing and of course coffee time!
Glen married Karen and they made their home in Milk River. They enjoyed the time they had together travelling, visiting, playing cards and board games and their animals. He never really got over losing the love of his life. This change was evident with his friends and family.
Glen is survived by his son, Adam (Ashley) and his grandchildren Avery and Sophia; sister, Margaret (Murray) and his nephews Shay (MarNai), Colton and Clay, as well as extended family Jeanette and Judith Tripp and Cindy Olmstead, and his nephew Michael (Ashley) and nieces Shylia, Ashley (Dustin), Cassandra (Joe) and their families.
He was predeceased by his wife, Karen in November 2005, parents Herman and Orelee in 2009, brother Michael in 2016 and niece Brooklyn in 2019.
Rest easy Glen, your work on Earth is done.
